I submitted a ticket because my account no longer has the in-game chat option after the last update. Received an email back saying I had irregular activity and they sent me a link to call by phone. The office was closed when I opened the link. The next morning the link expired.
For the life of me I cannot figure out how to get live chat support or find a number to call.

It's not letting me make a new case anymore. I go to a screen saying the recommended support option is:

Community ManagerYou could try contacting @EAHelp on Twitter to see if there's anything they can do. Normally these cases need to go through account security, but they may be able to at least let you know what's going on with your cases.
