@testeri1 Short answer, no, not really. That's not really all that helpful though if you're trying to get better. So here's my advice:
Soon as you get to rank 20, start playing ranked instead of pubs. There can be a lot of smurfs and cheaters at the lower levels, like rookie through bronze, but push through that. You'll start to get normal feeling games when you hit silver.
Worry less about getting kills in the beginning. Focus more on staying alive. Rotate before getting stuck on the edge of the circle, and so you don't get gate kept by other teams. Learn the map, which routes are safer rotations. Learn how to traverse the map efficiently, how to be stealthy if you need to be.
As you do that, also practice in the firing range. Get familiar with the different weapons. See what clicks with you. Make sure to get decent with the meta weapons, like the r301, which has always been a staple and solid choice throughout every season.
One of the hardest things is figuring out how to work with teammates. A lot of teams will push into inferior positioning, and try to over extend you. It takes a lot of restraint to know when to stay back or push up with a team. Try to communicate, play smart, and have patience.
There's a lot to learn, but it will click after a while. Any questions feel free to ask.
