Toxicity, Griefing and Inactivivty are all behaviour of which the user can be punished for.

You can use the in-game report section to report them if you encounter this kind of behaviour.

Next to that, if you keep encountering the same user, you can mute them so you don't need to listen to their toxicity.

You could also wait a bit before going into the queue again (or change datacenters) to make sure you won't get that player again.
