Input lagg can have many causes.
Are you using USB 3.0 +, monitor refresh rate , up-to-date software.
I don't think changing your graphical setting would change that.
Reinstalled my windows 2 days ago. 144Hz, yes - USB 2x 3.0 + 2x 2.0 and I dont have much software on my PC right now.
