Is Crosshair X allowed?

I've recently got back into Apex after nearly a year of inactivity. I saw there was an anti-cheat update in September where certain programs were disallowed as part of changes made to EAC I believe and I just want an answer on whether using Crosshair X with Xbox Game Bar is actually allowed or not? I've spent over 1k hours playing the game on my steam account and thousands on skins / cases etc. so really don't want to risk it without a clear reply.

Crosshair X's states the following: "Crosshair X is EAC compliant because it is an external program that does not interact with Apex Legends game files in any way. It is not on EAC's list of prohibited programs. Additionally, the fullscreen overlay is achieved by using the Xbox Game Bar on Windows 10 and 11 which is a trusted overlay platform built by Microsoft. This allows Crosshair X to run completely independently of any game and process, making it secure and anti-cheat compliant."

Also stating this: "In short, the answer is yes. You will not get banned for using Crosshair X in Apex Legends."

I checked the post from September and can't find any lists of programs. In response to Apex's & Respawn's tweets around that time, users commented on certain programs in part of a list where it was named here and there but nothing official to confirm. I know of people still using it currently with no issues launching the game etc. but just want some clarity on whether I am safe to do so as well really.

I have raised an EA support request but got the following reply "I am really sorry to say this we don't have any official information for such mods I would request you to please ask such queries in the forum."
