Is hacking the Switch to play Apex at 60fps considered cheating?
I would like to ask a question here. Under normal circumstances, the switch only plays apex at 30fps, but many people hack their switch to play at 60fps. Is this considered cheating? Will it lead to ...
ROSEKILLER_OVO Cheating does include using anything that gives an unfair gameplay advantage, (so since the Switch doesn't support 60fps, it would be considered to be cheating to mod your Switch).
Furthermore, if Nintendo detects a Switch that has been modded, Nintendo will ban the Switch and the players signed into it, (which would mean that you won't be able to access any of your digital games, the eShop, download updates, etc. on your Switch)
In short: If it cannot be changed within the in-game settings, don't use it as it can put your account at risk of being banned.
