Is it me or does the digital threat have issues?

Anytime I put it on a 99 it seems to make the 99 perform horribly. Run the 99 with iron sights or a 1x and I down people with 1 clip no issue. Put the digital threat on it and it's like I'm trying to...

@hayhor Even without aim assist I have been right on top of people as completely lasered them and it does half the damage it should. I'm going to get some clips of it.

I ask because some times I think something off and it's something I'm doing wrong. But it explains why I can use it on shotguns and single fire weapons but not the 99 or volt.

@DarthValtrex I'm getting you arent actually hitting the person. You are probably right on their edge. I've thought the same thing, watched it back and realized this.
