Is Sheila Useless?
I'm asking players that have played quite a bit of Rampart. Was there a learning curve? Is her Ult useful? For the life of me, I can't use that oversized meat grinder on stilts. The sight is so bulky...

@JimPinnuchiShe is not a bad Legend imo. But she is heavily dependant on a Squad that has any common sense and even a very basic understanding of strategy. But just like Wattson and Crypto, she seems to be cursed with a hidden debuff that makes your team mates 10000% dumber than a Pug on crack.
