Is the Serpent Sting linked to Sparrow?

If you look at the Serpent Sting the snake hour glass symbol is the same as Sparrow’s symbol. Also one of the animations is a wanted bounty animation. If so, that’s pretty cool that you guys been planning to release sparrow for that long.

If I remember correctly there's always been framework for the legends. I think the original data was something like jackal. It's kinda cool to see how long the concepts of some characters have been in the works.
