Is vpn allowed on apex

So I'm lagging a lot and want to change where I live by using a vpn so I'm not lagging. I'm on origin and just dont want to be banned because I was ban evading or something.

    It's perfectly fine to use 🙂
    I even recommend using VPN's to reduce server lag.

There's a special VPN called @ApexAnonBot on Telegram. I think it's designed for playing Apex Legends.
