EA simply is not very public about how they handle cheaters in game.
Cheating is by far one of the worst things for their game. It leaves people with a negative experience and frustration. That in turn decreases the amount of time people spend playing Apex, which ultimately hurts the companies revenue/profits. If you think it's not a concern and not something they work hard to combat, your vastly mistaken.
All FPS games have cheating. It's a fairly complex issue to deal with.
You know what? I read what you wrote and honestly, it did change my mind a bit. I mean so many of us are so bitter because we put in work and consistently get demolished by aim-snappers who stare at loot so long you can tell they can’t name half the guns in the game. We should all do our part to at least spectate a little bit after we drop if something felt off and report these folks. Take a video and throw it online if you’re feeling particularly industrious. Ultimate, @DarthValtrex I agree with you that making games is tough and they do actually care about us having a good time. There will always be chuckleheads lookin to make a quick buck with their cheat tech feeding off people’s insecurities. Then again we’ve been tellin’ people to “git gud” so long we shouldn’t be surprised. Let’s evolve and start sayin “git honorable”. Thanks for the uplifting post and optimism, by the way. Needed that!

Thanks for the post @keep-it-real-aim, glad to hear the thread provided a bit more context and/or perspective here.
This is absolutely something we continue to combat, however the thread itself is quite old and is being locked here to prevent necroposting.
Your reports are very much appreciated, thanks!
