@SheepsKing The intent was to stop Octane mains from spamming it all over the place and leaving their teammates in The dust. If he needs more adjustments I’m sure they’ll make them. They always pay attention the impacts changes have.

If the health costs are negatively impacting him to much they will likely make other changes to balance it out.
