K/D based MM please

@J0604211259 Players manipulate their KD every match. You've seen the people who get knocked but leave before being put in a box? Why do you think they do that?

Also I believe KD has some effect on sbmm. It shouldn't have all of it tho. It is a BR and winning matters.

@hayhor Correct SBMM does run checks for many things. I won't disclose exactly what here on the forums but there is a few things it checks for and k/d is one the checks as well as some other things.
