Keyboard and Mouse on XBOX... Clearly they can't cut it in PC world. Garbage

First let’s correct a couple of your mistakes. 1. Players don’t use the Xim to “trick the system”. They use it to make sure that all movements go thru the controller, which means that only movements the controller can create are allowed. This is why it is NOT a violation of any console TOS (TERMS OF SERVICE). It’s no different then a steering wheel being used for driving games. Now the controls are more precise and more enjoyable to play with. Don’t  blame people for wanting better control then wonky thumb sticks. 

2. It’s not cheating, see comment about TOS above.

3. It’s not “slowly ruining the game”. The original XIM (Xbox Input Machine) came out over 10 years ago for the original Xbox. Newer version were developed since that worked with the Xbox, Xbox 360, and then added support for Playstations 2 and above. 

4. Players that use them aren’t “garbage against there peer (PC). They do it for mainly different reason. 1. Better control, 2. More friends have consoles vs PC’s to play with. 3. It’s simply more fun. 4. Read these forums about the hacks and cheats available on PC and they don’t want to deal with that anymore. 5. Some players have handicaps then doesn’t allow them to use standard controllers. 6. Many other reasons. 

5. Both Sony (Playstation) and Microsoft (Xbox) have enable keyboard and mouse support with their console systems. Now it’s simply up to the game developers to enable native support (meaning you can just plug a mouse and keyboard into your console to use them with their games.) If game developers would simply do that, that would eliminate the need for emulators. And then whatever input device you want to use is your choice just like steering wheels with games like Forza.
