I'm a gamepad user on xbox and would prefer to play only against other gamepad users. No comment on the character or motives of either but let M&K and XIM users play against each other. How about that Respawn, is it possible?

it is not, you you'd have to block ALL third party devices. There goes all your Razr, Madkats, Turtle Beach, Skuff, and every other off brand device.
Truth is the frequency of use of these the devices are less than 1% of the population. I know it's hard to believe but some use them due to various disabilities. From a financial standpoint it's not worth the time and money to prevent this.
This was only a hot topic on the pugb forums and nothing was done because it's not as rampant as people think. It is however a perfect excuse to why you're underperforming in a game.
There's active streamers that use this device, in game movement, aim, and everything else is still governed by the game mechanics.
