Kills after death should still count towards RP gain

In ranked I've had many times where I downed someone and we trade. Then I die, and during spectating the enemy I downed dies... I believe I should still get that RP gain, even post-death, and I do not see why not.

Not only that, but I think overall KDR should be based on kills AND assists.

I am terrible at getting kills. Maybe 1, sometimes 2. On a rare occasion the MMR gods put me against totally new players and I get 4 or 5.

But the number of assists I have is very high. Often getting 7 to 10 assists with no kills.
