L-STAR - unused cousin of every other car package weapon.

Let’s face it, it needs a buff. No where near as useful as the other care package weapons. Does negligible damage compared to the others....

The damage is fine, it's the inaccuracy, blinding flash, shortage of ammo, and that bloody overheat mechanic that makes it a bad weapon.

@Wingmannedbro is the flash any worse than the other energy weapons? or is it just the fact that it's red? I can't decide but I definitely pass it up. I've become a Devotion player and won't give up a devotion for a L-star, even if I don't have a turbo charge. I can just keep the devotion spooled up by feathering the trigger.

@VornDawg Lstar absolutely shreds in close range but is hard to use in any other distance because of the bright red flash taking up the entire screen and the random spray pattern is has, doesn't need a buff imo since it's good in some aspects atleast

Well they now slapped a 1x digital scope on it to improve visibility while shooting that does help a lot, but back when you had to use irons the flash was yikes.
Especially indoors fights where the gun was actually useful the flash was unreal blinding.
Main problem tho is that it shoots like a paintball gun and you couldn't hit anyone more than 1 meter away if the game depends on it.
