Why doesn’t it have a charge time like the havoc? I mean it is an energy weapon...

@Kevin-c946 Because it didn’t start as a conventional energy weapon. It started as an experimental (energy?) ammo source weapon. The thing already obscures your sight and now you want a charge up time?
Because its a filthy scrub cannon that makes no sense.
Also why does it recoil before it fires a shot? Makes no sense.
