Lack of payment options
The only option for us(India) is credit cards, which makes it difficult to purchase since most people don't use credit cards here. So we have to rely on third party sites, which obviously costs more....
I second that. I am able to buy apex coins with debit card and national online payment options myself, but if this was only possible through credit card payments, I would simply never have spent a dime on the game.
Its amazing how many US companies are still unaware of how immensely unpopular credit cards are anywhere outside of the US. And how much harder it is to even have a credit card in other countries.
Don’t CC and DB basically work the same way? So if your country doesn’t do CC, simply buy a DB, top money up and start spending that money like you were a CC touting jackarse? :P

That's how I used to make my transactions previously. Then switched to buying digital codes.
@Koochi-Q Nah man. When you do online transactions, DB requires you to enter an OTP(text in your phone) for verification of the transaction. However, there are some debit cards(very few) that do work as a CC. At least that's how it's here. I tried my debit card, didn't work, which is the same for a maximum of debit cards here. There should be a separate option of a debit card provided. Steam allows us to buy through debit cards and Paytm(domestic wallet), that's why it is so popular in India. Like @Wingmannedbro said, credit cards aren't popular everywhere. EA's brain is so thick that they don't realize(overlook) it. Planning to buy a lifeline edition. Well AMAZON, here I come.

With a CC you pay very high interest on your purchases. This can casually go as high as 16 to 19% in most cases. And upwards of 20% for some banks. CC card spending is technically taking a loan on the purchased amount. So that plus your governments consumer tax means you pay double and spend about 35% to 45% more than the actual product price on everything you buy.
Since all DC's means you spend money you already have, nothing is loaned from a creditor and no interest rates are owed.
In my country people will laugh at you and call you a * if you ever tell people you casually use a credit card to make purchases of goods.
