Lack of support is absolutely frustrating

Literally had to make an adult account to post this. 

I had a child account created for my son to play Apex Legends on Nintendo Switch. I need to log into his account, as I wish to disconnect it from his Switch account. 

I have his EA ID, but I don't remember his email address that we used. I am able to reset the password - the code goes to my correct email address, but when I try to log in, it asks for an email. It's not accepting mine. We didn't use a phone number to sign up. It doesn't accept EA ID to sign in.  There's zero way to contact live support.

I BUILD customer experience teams for living - this has been an absolutely crappy experience. Do better, EA. 

and tell me how the hell to log into my son's account so I can disconnect it.
