missing absolute ability material

Hello everyone, I’ve had the exact same problem as @Okcy03mqmenr. I’ve completed rebel without a cause leía organa journey. I’m missing 3 shards. Please can someone help. Weirdly I’ve also completed SLKR but in my game the journey is showing incomplete 

I’d be grateful if someone could let me know how to fix. 

If you have SLKR's Ult but the event shows as incomplete, it means you've used some of Leia's Ultimate Mats on SLKR (they aren't character specific). If you've got three attempts left on the final tier of SLKR's event, that's where you'll earn the mats for Leia.
