If it happens to you in several games, then I think its much more likely that its something at your end, like in game stuttering or connection problems. Have you at least confirmed this with your squad members in the same game before you draw the conclusion about hackers?
I think the pert he has failed to explain is that its not the server, its just one specific person. I encounter it often.
One person will be blinking around the field, roughly 1-3 meters leaps and won't have any issues hitting you.
If you then watch them play they will have no issues, as they teleport around, playing normally while being almost impossible to hit.
If this isn't a hack then the net code is real *, If they were just laggy i wouldn't be quick to assume its a hack, but they do not suffer only benefit.
- @Ocelit Yes I started watching him or her through the game and I reported him or her for Cheating unusual movements, I do not know if EA will catch this account but eventually it will get banned because it was obviously an alt account. This is called boosting! The guy is playing with his mate and he is helping his mate get wins.
