First of all fortnite copied the function of pathfinder grapple and made the idea of baller which has a grapple swing, they also coped pathfinder with a fortnite robot banana skin also they copied launch pads, res pawn beacons, and copied lot more stuff

Not that I like Fortnite or stand by your side or anything.
But these things are not bound to just Apex. Sure many games have since Apex launch made similar additions to their game.
But looking at it this way instead; having many games add features which were first introduced in Apex in a clear solid fashion clearly adds to Apex being that much of a amazin g game.
Ping system, Legend abilities (Not new, but interesting), sandbox, etc.
TLDR: No game has copyright over their assets or game mechanics. And Respawn can do with Fortnite, however they see fit.

Nah, it's healthy that games take inspiration from each other and improve their gameplay with it.
Fortnite is just a different game with a completely different playstyle and assets and feels much different compared to apex so there isn't any ground to sue them.
I'm sure Epic Games studio knows what they can and cannot develop their games without stealing any assets or code.
There isn't really a reason to hate a game just because they took inspiration of a game you like, they should be more of a compliment. 😉

Not sure you quite know how copyright works
By default any handmade content or asset is by itself copyrighted to the person/developer of that piece.
But a recreation or similar looking piece of content, art, asset etc. is up to the individual to mark it as "Copyright protected"
In this moment I can by myself recreate a weapon in Apex, sound and feel, and be fine. However, I can not take said weapon straight from Respawn and call it my own.
And if Respawn then has put a copyright protection over said weapon, then I would be "stealing".
TLDR: No one has done anything wrong unless a piece of content is marked with ©. (There's websites for this)
And let's not get into trademarking...
