Lifeline heirloom reset the 500 pack guarantee for heirloom?

I got the lifeline heirloom from the event and have been opening up packs quite frequently and in large number trying to get the bloodhound heirloom (I already have wraiths). Does getting lifelines heirloom reset my 500 packs guarantee for my next heirloom?
