Now that you mention her shield, I found her shield damage blocked tracker in a pack 2 days ago. Yep, I was so annoyed by that.

@Deleventure98No thanks unless it has a health bar. The real issue is most lifelines start the rez and run away without dropping their health drone or covering for rez. These last two things are what make a good lifeline good.Really? I would have thought it would depend on the situation. If you dropped back to rez a team m ate while the other is fighting and the person being revived is safe it doesn't' make much sense to "cover for rez" as the other player probably could use a hand and LL's presence in the fight will make it less likely someone will advance enough to drop the revived player.
- @RockDokRock It does depend on the situation but I see way too many crappy lifelines that run away for no reason. These ones also run out and start rezs in the open which is quite dumb too. They typically get beamed as they try it. Lifeline needs her ultimate reworked, not the rez part.
If someone wants to learn how to play lifeline well they need to watch sapppynuts on twitch. Guy is a monster with her and know when and how to rez and how to use the drone. - RockDokRock4 years agoSeasoned Ace
@hayhor You're talking about people playing legends in a crap way in general. I see this all the time.
The loba that never opens her shop
The loba that opens her shop in the middle of a field every time (I won't use it and about 20% of the time I watch them get gunned down)
The bloodhound who never scans
The Caustic who lays zero gas traps
The pathfinder who never makes a zipline
The lifeline who never revives people or even seems to be aware she has a health droid (but, wait for it, "Mozambique 'ere!")
The gibby who never uses their dome
The bangalore who misses golden opportunities for the air strike option
The random who continuously wanders off to look for solo 1 on 3s - then pings the **** out of you because you won't drop everything to save them (I'm learning to say no to this).
Don't get me wrong. I still do dumb things but, as a Caustic main, I'm always dropping gas traps behind rocks in a high traffic area, next to doors, etc as we are moving along (great early warning system). I try to use the abilities of ANY legend I play... I mean, that's half the skill. It is surprising how many don't seem to even be aware of them.
The list goes on. It's not a lifeline thing, it's a player thing.
- @RockDokRock So then why do we need to add the shield back? That is my point.

@hayhor For those who do play her well. It's a reasonable addition.
If people don't play a legend well that's on them. No reason to not have features like that because of them is there?
- @RockDokRock I disagree it is necessary if you play here how she should be played.

@hayhor I honestly don't know why they took it away. She wasn't exactly OP with it. Maybe start by justifying its removal?
I don't main LL. Maybe @maximas1986 can chime in with a LL's main POV.
- @RockDokRock They took it away because the data and feedback they had showed it was too strong.

@hayhor Not sure why. Solution to it was thermite over the top. Change your gameplay, don't constantly look for nerfs.
