Limit on free Apex Packs (forced to pay for loot boxes)

Another option would be to allow us to buy materials with our legend tokens at maybe a 1/20 ratio

very disappointed legends tokens can't be used for skins or apex packs. 

I saw you could use them... but you had to buy with real money first
