@NolanGraysonnnOk, so I sent an email to customer experience about this.
In my email I stated that the list like that would be handy for us while making a podcast about apex so we don't have to watch our videos cause it's cumbersome.
I think I mentioned about making youtube videos as well.

Based on that my question now is: Do we need some permission to upload our gameplay to internet? I thought everyone can upload anything they recorded while playing the game

You should be just fine to upload your footage to Youtube, correct!
From the article you linked:
EA does not object to fair uses of video footage or screenshots on video sharing sites, including YouTube channels that are commercialized, as long as the footage is a version of the game that we have released to the public.
