Loba bug?

Maybe I never noticed it but is it normal that lobas ult start with 60 percent if you jump out off the ship? It's always 60 percent even if u jump out instantly or wait till the ship is at the other side of the map https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/ . I have like 1k hours in apex but if that's normal I am still a newbie

This is something I've also noticed recently.
Not sure whether or not this is intended, though it definitely was something that was noticeable, I don't think this used to be a thing until a few updates ago.

Ults do not charge up the longer one waits to jump. Not new, Loba's ult has always been on that timer from drop.
