Loba bug?
Maybe I never noticed it but is it normal that lobas ult start with 60 percent if you jump out off the ship? It's always 60 percent even if u jump out instantly or wait till the ship is at the other ...

This is something I've also noticed recently.
Not sure whether or not this is intended, though it definitely was something that was noticeable, I don't think this used to be a thing until a few updates ago.
Ults do not charge up the longer one waits to jump. Not new, Loba's ult has always been on that timer from drop.
