The simplest way to assist Loba would be to allow her to move and fire as normal after throwing her bracelet, but before it arrives
I think the delay on arrival is fair enough, but if they're not going to fix the multitude of issues with it clipping/bouncing, etc, etc, then they need to let you at least be functional during the intervening period.
I don't care to admit the number of times I've thrown my bracelet, only for it to get stuck on something, hovering a tiny smidge from landing... and leaving me stuck with my well-manicured thumb up my well-rounded bum while a team shreds me and I can do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it.
