Lost access to mail
My ea account has been around for many years and during this time I lost access to the mail linked to the account, can I somehow link a new mail. The PlayStation Network is also linked to the account...
I have already left an appeal there, but no one helps, I also wrote to the consultant's support yesterday, but they didn't help me because I allegedly am not the account owner, although I provided all the information, and now I can't even write to them again.
It sounds like you haven't been able to verify account ownership. That is required before they can make any changes. The best I can advise is to try to recall the correct answers to the questions they're asking. If you can do that, they can update the account with your current email.
Do you happen to know what the reason might be that I can't write to a consultant, I have a gray button that can't be pressed?
Do you already have a case active? If you do, make sure you aren't resuming it. That pulls it from the queue so an advisor won't be able to respond.
