lost rp after update?

this morning i was playing ranked and was able to get gold 2 and got off, i get back on about 6 hours later to my game redownloading ingame shadders and i go to click rank and i see ive deranked from gold 2 to gold 4. i checked my ingame last game report and it even says i gained 182 rp and 235rp into gold 2,
