Pathfinder grapple was completely broken. He was allowed to stay like that for way too long.
He was having in and out ability, which was insane. Pro players can barely hit Pathfinder during his grapple. 99,99% you wont even shot at him, because of the angle and strange movement during his grapple. It was a complete joke.
Wraith was completely broken at the beginning. And after all the nerfs she get, she is still number 1 legend ingame, which tells you a story how broken she was.
You can`t just buff certain legends, and achieve a good balance. Its not working like that.
They reworked and buffed Mirage big time, but he still ain`t used at high level, because of the team utilities.
Again in MK10 they decided to go that route and just buff the characters, and not nerf certain one, in order to get all to the top levels, and the game ends up a complete mess with OP/Broken characters/mechanics/stuffs.
If they just buff legends and not nerf, the game will became complete mess.
With the way competitive apex is going they are going to take wraith of because they are too busy buffing other characters like revenant to understand that revenant was well built before the update now they just made him too op if the right conditions are met.
Wraith was also a balanced character but now they've cut down the wraith portal to 75 percent and is they had even made the time it took to phase walk just a second or 0.75 seconds it'll have been better. Just looking at it as a rework ain't going to make any progress. They rendered wraith useless.
