Lost Twitch Prime Skin

Logged in after Season 1 had already ended, and my pathfinder omega skin is gone.

I contacted Amazon support since EA didnt let me make a ticket, redirected me to twitch, which redirected me to Amazon.

Spoke to a few different customer service people and was told the issue should be resolved in 2-4 hours,

well that time passed already but nothing changed.

If anyone had the same issue, how did you resolve it? i tried restarting my client, i un-linked and re-linked my amazon account aswell.
