Make All Legends Free

The game has reached a point where there are many legends to be unlocked, which I think does more bad than good to the game. Why locked legends are bad for the game (from a new player's perspective)...

@asukojo No idea on PS4. On PC, I can see that info in the Origin app, if I go in "My Game Library" and select Apex.
