@hayhorI saw on Twitter, @iAm_NeOnBeas mentioned something about a plan for an engine upgrade by the end of the year - which is a good thing. However, he also mentioned that the engine upgrade will limit old-generation consoles to playing Apex at only 30fps. As a result, Respawn plans to default cross-play between next-gen consoles and PC. Dude, I completely agree with you. I hope they don't go ahead with such a foolish move. It will undoubtedly stir up controversy within the console gaming community. In my opinion, any planner suggesting such a change is completely unfit for their job because they clearly don't understand what the community, especially the console players, truly need. We don't need a downgrade like this. Let's hope this remains just a "rumor".
