Malicious insults provoke national relations and are not dealt with!

APEX player  provokes the relationship between Chinese Mainland and Taiwan, China, China, and attacks mainland players with bad language! This bad culture should be severely punished! I have already sent the video online, and someone is already dissatisfied with this person!I uploaded it to EA customer service for processing, but I haven't received a response!

In fact, you don't have to worry about which region cannot play APEX and which region can play it. EA hopes that the more people who play APEX, the better, because this will attract more consumers and allow APEX to earn more money.

The idea that you want cheaters to be banned is very good, and I also agree with it. But there is a big problem with your way of expression and problem-solving. 1. It is actually easy to understand why many regions that do not support APEX come to play. There are also many teams from these regions participating in APEX's highest competition (ALGS), but the official (EA) has not banned their teams from participating. Can this be understood as 2. The situation of cheaters makes ordinary players in that region very painful, which is an issue with EA's detection and ban strength.

  • I understand your reaction but I think you are misunderstanding my point.

I am not attacking anyone based on where they are from. I am also Asian and I have played Apex Legends for a long time. My feedback is based on real in-game experience not hate or stereotypes.

Many players have encountered cheaters using macros and aimbots and a large number seem to connect from regions where Apex is not officially supported. That is not a political attack it is a gameplay issue. We should be allowed to talk about it just like we talk about bugs or overpowered weapons.

Also Hong Kong and mainland China are different in terms of internet rules and server listing. Saying they are the same is misleading and sensitive.

Let us focus on fair gameplay and not turn this into a flag war. If we silence everyone who points out problems nothing gets better.

And the problem you mentioned about cheaters is that it is impossible to avoid them in any region or game. What you said about the situation where there are many cheaters in Asia? Do you think you have a biased perception of Asia or (China)? I have been playing on Asian servers for at least 3 years and have encountered no more than 10 cheaters. If you still think that there are only many cheaters in Asia, I think you can think about whether your luck is too bad.

Besides, the situation I posted is about verbal abuse and inaction. Are you trying to switch concepts here?

Why are there servers in Hong Kong if they haven't been released yet? Moreover, there are also Chinese teams in major APEX events. According to your statement, are these not allowed?

  • Can I ask you something honestly?

How are you even playing Apex Legends when it's not officially available in China? Your country hasn't approved the game for distribution, and it's blocked from being released there. So are you using a VPN or some other method to bypass your national restrictions?

If that's the case, you're not only breaking EA’s terms of service but also possibly violating your own country's laws. And despite this, many Chinese players are constantly flooding official servers — especially Asian ones — causing major problems: high ping, packet loss, cheats, macros, even DDOS attacks.

Meanwhile, those of us in countries where Apex is officially supported are suffering. We're dealing with unplayable lobbies, cheaters, and unfair matchmaking — all because of people who aren’t even supposed to be in the game in the first place.

So again: how are you accessing Apex? And do you really think it's fair to abuse a service you shouldn't even legally have access to?

So you don't punish players who insult with language? This will make the gaming environment worse and worse.
