@krabappless isn't ranked offering exactly that? If you're a bronze/silver player then you'll mostly be matched against bronze/silver players there.
Anyway, just a tip, this game is all about 3rd partying fights. If you have a bronze/silver ranked team and enemies are platinum then engaging them in a standard 3v3 means instant death for you. What you need to do is pick fast legends and use redeploy balloons and ziplines to always rush towards the sound of gunfire. That way you can kill low health distracted enemies while they're focused on hitting each other. If you shoot the bigger team first then after wiping them you should be left with a 3v2 or 3v1 fight that you have a good chance of winning. And once everyone is down, you get all the loot that these 6 people have managed to gather up.
