The one is not clear is the effect of his tactical ? "splinter of concussion mine"
Means damage and stun ? Damage is fine, but the stun part could be OP.
@asukojo I don't know what to expect with the tactical. Just looking at the video I think legends will be harder to look around because of all the explosions in your face.
I don't think they will stun people. But I can be wrong...
