I think there are guns that stand out massively you are correct BUT...
When you get someone who is really good with the G7 that gun can also be a META due to how much damage it does... I would rather run a Hemlok but the people that run a G7 are so good with it.
The R301 should not be slept on either, or the Havoc with a turbocharger...
I am not a R99 or Volt man to be honest, I prefer the Volt but in terms of SMG, the best gun for me is the Prowler and unfortunately this gun is in the care package this season
Another gun that I think is majorly slept on is the Flatline, it hits with a punch and can be really deadly if the person using it knows how to control its recoil pattern.
