Missing 20 Kill Badge Wraith

I played Apex back in July 25, 2019 and got 20 kills in a regular game of Apex. The badge never showed up on my account and I got frustrated because I worked really hard for it and did not get my badge reward. I got the 20 kills in a regular game of trios battle royal. I have a lot of evidence from this time and submitted a support ticket at the time and still never received my badge. 5 years later I decided to try again and play the game and I would love to be rewarded with the badge I earned. I will attach a picture from the game where I got the 20 kills as well as the progress on my account. You can see in the pictures that my top damage matches and that I got 20 kills in a regular game of Apex. Please help me I deserve this badge.

I also have photos that are too large to attach but they show that the highest kills on my account is 20 and that my highest damage matches that in the attached picture.
