Missing apex coins after completing premium pass

After reaching level 110 on the season 3 pass I discovered that I only have 700 coins instead of 1000. Ea is saying that I spent 300 coins. I haven't purchased anything and there is no new content on my console. The rep Devashish P. was very hostile when I began asking questions and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Is there any way I can resolve this situation?

@nmtxpunisher There isn't a great deal that can be done from here. Community managers will likely just send you a link to where you've already been as this isn't in their remit
Perhaps just double check to ensure you haven't spent any coins, file a new ticket and maybe ask to speak to a supervisor straight away due to the issue you had with the previous attempt.
