I recently purchased the most expensive Apex coins pack in-game, on Steam, and it was supposed to be 11500 coins. However, I only got 9900 which is even less than the displayed value without the bonus. How can I ask for a refund or compensation in difference for the coins?
Glazeon You should be able to request a refund via Steam if you haven't spent any of the Apex Coins, (which if you did spend any of the Apex Coins, in most cases when you go to refund, it would put your Apex Coin balance into the negative).

For right now, I would avoid refunding it until the issue can be looked into by EA.
