Purchased and redeemed a code for apex coins off of amazon from the EA seller. Waited 24 hours and opened apex through the EA app. Restarted PC. They have stolen my money and every case they say Amaz...

@KurisuK36 What happens when you redeem the code through Apex instead?
Also, did you redeem the code on the website while logged into the same account? If you have more than one account, you might of claimed it for the wrong account or are logged in on the wrong account.
