Purchased and redeemed a code for apex coins off of amazon from the EA seller. Waited 24 hours and opened apex through the EA app. Restarted PC. They have stolen my money and every case they say Amazon has to fix it when EA PROVIDES THE CODES. I want the coins or my money back.

That is great news to hear. Looks like EA is on it.
Now it is very important that you give them time and be very patient as I know it can take up to 10 days for them to figure stuff out.
Do not submit another ticket until they have reached out to you or it will just confuse matters.
Hopefully you will have your coins soon.

same here, I bought 2 gift cards for Apex coins on Amazon and redeemed them on the Ea website and it said it worked but I'm not seeing my Apex coins in the game. I downloaded both Steam and EA game versions. yet it did not solve the issue. It has been a day now lol please help
Community Managersame advice to you, please contact EA Support, so they can check if they can find the coins on your account and if they cannot, please contact Amazon's support.
