Missing Battle Pass Pack Contents from Season 29 Split 1

Hi EA Team,

I am unable to submit a ticket through the EA Help website (the submit button is not responding), so I am posting here for help.

During the first split of Season 29, I unlocked a Purple Apex Pack and possibly a regular Apex Pack from the Battle Pass. However, right after I used these packs, the game happened to be launching at that exact moment. I did not see the unboxing animation or any items being added. I suspect the pack contents may not have been delivered to my account.

Could you please help me check?
