Missing Omega Pathfinder Skin
Hello, I started playing apex on the 6th feb 2019 and stopped ~16th april 2019. During that period I claimed the bundle with the 5 lootboxes with my amazon/twitch prime account.
I came back at some point during season 8 and when I tried to claim more twitch related loot it said I had to relink my account. Ok no problem...unless? The pathfinder skin is nolonger there along with a couple skins I claimed throughout the years.
I contacted EA, 1 person tells me I first connected it during feb 2021 (which is when I relinked it). 1 person tells me I never had it linked. 1 person tells me it's linked to a different account. 1 person tells me he can't find any information on me ever owning the skin or having played at that time (???). Half of them basically redirected me back to amazon because allegedly EA cannot do anything about this and it's on amazon.
Ok off to amazon we go. Amazon tells me everything is correct although 1 person told me I had first linked it during feb 2021 while an other told me the original link was fine. They told me to go to twitch which simply confirmed it was fine and redirected me with more prime loot concerns back to amazon. The next guy told me they cannot see any loot prior to 2021 because it was classified allegedly as a separate game before that which "nolonger exists". It still says my link is from 3 years ago on Twitch and on EA it still says it's linked correctly however the date changed because I was asked to re-link.
So nobody seems to know where the problem is or have any information at all on what happened before feb 2021? What am I supposed to do? I've opened the lootboxes from back when I had the path skin and although I don't remember what could had dropped from them, surely they have information on how many or when I have opened boxes right? I downloaded my EA account data and can't find anything from 2019 or 20 related to apex other than the first time I launched the game. Also (don't think it matters) my steam hours don't show on origin even though it's the same account. What do?
