Missing PS4 Progress and Cosmetics After Cross Progression

Hello EA Community Team,

I need help recovering my original Apex Legends PS4 progress and cosmetics.

I used to play Apex Legends on PS4 with the PSN ID lip_darkside. I had a lot of progress, skins, unlocked legends, and other items on that account.

My PlayStation Network account is currently linked to my EA Account. However, when I logged into Apex Legends on PC using the same EA Account, the game started at Level 1, and all my original PS4 progress and cosmetics were missing.

I have never intentionally unlinked my PlayStation account or connected it to another EA Account.

I contacted EA Support about this issue. They advised me to report it on this forum so the Community Team could investigate.

My EA Support Case Number is: 257804921

Could you please check whether my original PS4 profile was successfully included in the October 2023 Cross Progression merge?

If possible, I would like to request an exception and assistance recovering my original progress and cosmetics.

Case Number:

257804921

Thank you for your time and help.

    Hey Erphhh,

I'm afraid we have no way to grant progress or cosmetics manually, sorry. That type of information is typically stored at the EA account level, but unlinking the platforms where that was originally earned could result in a loss of progress.

Looking back over the account, this PlayStation account was unlinked back in November 2023. This was right about the time Cross Progression was being implemented. While it's since been re-linked, if you're not seeing that progress in-game, unfortunately that likely means the unlink back in 2023 and/or the timing with Cross Progression has caused it to be lost.

I wish we had some better news, unfortunately there's no way to review or recover account progress from that long ago.
