Mistakenly Banned for upgrading GPU?

Has this ever happened to anyone?

I used to play on

https://www.msi.com/Laptop/support/gp62-2qe-leopard-pro

this laptop. Had a terrible kill to death ratio.

But i purchased a built rig on Offerup

-i7-6700K

-16GB Ram Corsair Vengance

-ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VIII HERO ALPHA

-GTX 2070

-1TB HDD

-500GB SSD

-860 Watt power supply

After a great game... i got banned...

Please help. I contacted EA but i still have not gotten a response. I've been playing since the 2 week of the games release and i would hate to lose everything.

You said you already reached out to EA, just to make sure you reach out to the right team, I'll provide all the needed information to appeal your ban. 🙂

In your case,you best reach out to the Terms of Service team as they can look into this situation.You can find all information about how to reach out to the ToS team by using this link below.

They try to respond within 5 business days but could take a bit longer due to the COVID-19 increased safety measures being put in place.

@Magiic777 wondering if the guy you bought the rig from was HW banned already? then it took a few to activate on your account?

He had an OfferUp account with multiple listed computers. He also had multiple other computers in his garage. Should I ask him?
Does anyone know how long EA usually takes to respond to these claims?
I created 2 new accounts after this one got banned and they also got banned.

I also went from playing on a LapTop that was putting out 60fps to a Tower that now pushes out 240fps on low settings.
When I was playing, I also noticed a lot of the people I will slaughtering was viewing my game-play. At one point there were 4 people.

Can someone please help?
I did a system restore on my PC, created a new account and then got banned mid game.
I was banned the second match.
The first match i got 5 kills and 1300 damage.

So for the past 12 hours I've been playing Call of Duty Warzone and no ban.
I dont know why Origin banned my account. Please help. I will continue to post on here until i get a reply for my official petition.
If anyone in the community can add to this. Id appreciate it. Please i need help

@Magiic777 The system you bought could have been hardware banned already earlier for cheating. That's the only explanation I can think of. And these hardware bans can't be lifted. Plz, take precautions before buying 2nd hand stuff.
