carpal tunnel syndrome wil be an issue for many km users who don't sit/elevate/ sensitize properly. But even using controllers will cause posture problems quickly, especially in kids always hunched over staring at their screens. Either way, both are a bit nasty.

Using a mouse and keyboard would defeat the entire reason I play on console. I wanna spread out on the couch with my bong, a glass of water and some snacks and chill the * out while I play. Tryhards are gonna try hard, and they will probably be better than me regardless of what control method they use.
